Modes' operation:
Automatic switching during optical recording for Holographic and Lithographic modes. Modes' switching time is 0,5 second. Absolutely precise image combination accuracy during mode transfer.
Recording features:
Possibility to record holograms of different sizes with continuous scalability from the same holographic design. It is possible to record up to 50 (more is optional) different or the same holograms during one cycle of the recording.
Software functioning:
Our proprietary software package contains the following programs - Layers creation programs (effects generation and calculation programs), Visualizer, Hologram recording program.
The hologram is built by combination of layers containing different visual effects. Number of layers is not limited. There is a possibility of any combinations of all holographic and lithographic layers in the design of one hologram. Final and any intermediate results can be visualized by our software and verified during design work. The software for hologram layers creation is not interfaced with the software for hologram recording and can be installed on any number of computers for designers convenience. For security reasons, the files for hologram design are not compatible for different customers of the mastering system (can be customized upon request). It means that design created by one customer cannot be recorded by another.
Hologram recording:
Full information about a hologram is contained in special type of the file after conversion by our software. The structure of the file contains the data both for holographic and lithographic modes of optical recording. The holographic and lithographic content can be recorded separately or at once.
If holographic and lithographic content is recorded simultaneously, switch between holographic and lithographic operation modes is performed automatically (on the fly) during 0.5 sec. with absolute positioning accuracy. This feature allows combination of holographic and lithographic areas of a hologram with absolute accuracy even at highest possible image resolution.
It is possible to record up to 20 (more is optional) different or the same holograms during one cycle of the recording. Each hologram’s positioning parameters on photoresist plate can be setup in recording software settings, as well as hologram dimensions, exposure time and focusing condition. Precise focusing is performed by the recording software with help of CCD camera. There are 3 options available for focusing control: common focusing, local focusing and autofocusing.
